Data Deletion Instructions
Compliant with Meta Platform Terms & GDPR Right-to-be-Forgotten
What this covers
If you connected your Meta (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business) account to Sale2x and would like that connection and any data we cached from it removed, we'll delete:
- Your stored Meta access token(s) and the ad account, Page, and WhatsApp Business number linked to your Sale2x organization.
- Any profile information (name, username, profile photo) we cached from Meta for contacts on that connection.
This does not delete your organization's own CRM records (leads, conversations, campaign history) — those are your business's own data. If you want your entire Sale2x account and organization deleted as well, say so explicitly in your request below.
Two ways to disconnect
1. Revoke access directly on Meta
Go to your Facebook "Settings & Privacy" → "Business Integrations" (or "Apps and Websites") and remove Sale2x. This immediately stops Sale2x from accessing your Meta account.
2. Ask us to delete what we cached
Revoking access on Meta doesn't automatically erase data already cached in Sale2x — email us and we'll delete it. Include your registered account email and business/organization name so we can find the right records.
